We are simply presenting a more realistic perspective on American history. A more inclusive history that matches the reality of life. In turn it is our hope that we can have a positive response to the negativism about people of color and women.

We also hope to do our part in helping young people be proud of who they are, thereby giving them hope for their personal futures and thus making them better citizens.

How do we do our little part in giving hope?

By exposing the truth about American history and thereby letting children of color know that their fore-fathers and fore-mothers also helped to make America great. This web site is also for people who want to have a positive America, a place where FREEDOM truly rings, a place where talent matters, not color, not gender, not creed. A country of respect for humanity and one that truly lives by "In God We Trust".

We believe if your history is non-existent or negative, then so is your culture and so are you. Regardless of all the double speak out there today, it's that simple. If you know that you are important, you will behave as if your important, (because we ALL are important).

It is said that history is written by the "Victors", and thus they have the right to write history as they see fit. So be it, but this does not negate the TRUTH or the contributions of great American women and American minorities!

True history never goes away, it just sometimes gets buried, but is always waiting to be discovered!!

 Remember, just because some self righteous person says its the truth, does not make it the truth. Do your homework, go to the library, (the web is free to use at the library, as well as their books are free to read). They have legitimate and scholarly books to check out and read. There really is no excuse for ignorance in today's world.

Many people think history is not important but every decision you make is based partially upon personal historical experiences and your culture. And if that culture is slanted and tells only one side of the story, you have a slanted view on life. This probably works for some, but it hurts millions of other people, and thereby creates conflict. It is our mission to hopefully stop some of that hurt and reduce conflict. We hope to stop that hurt by making people aware of their history and thus proud to be who they are. 

Human beings need positive mentors, positive history and positive role models and that is the "CORE" reason for this web site.

Believe it! When people know their true history, they respect themselves, have less anger and more hope and thus become positive members of society. This in turn creates an environment where more people respect each other, creating a place of peace, hopefulness and creativity. All essential elements needed for a thriving and productive society.
